The History of Catedral Hotel and Apartments

Open in December 1997, Hotel Catedral soon became well-known as a classic in town rather than a brand-new hotel. And all because of its high occupancy rates. Considering this growth and after a deep analysis, it was detected a market-share which consisted of long-stay clients visiting Valladolid for several reasons such as business, educational research or medical purposes. In order to attend this demand, a refurbished building situated in the financial city centre (Plaza de España) was opened and commercialized together with the hotel, becoming Hotel and Serviced Apartments Catedral.

The History of Atrio Hotel

Hotel Atrio After the success of Hotel Catedral ad its expansion with the serviced apartments, a new project was developped to target the needs of the most demanding visitors: a brand-new 4-star hotel.
The project starts in 2001 and its development has lasted nearly four years. Success is guaranteed by our clientes: corporate delegates, University professors, Theatre artists... clients demanding high quality and service in the heart of Valladolid.
